Stephanie has been a resident of the North Shore for the past ten years. She moved to Salem in 1997 and currently lives in Marblehead and has since 2000. Stephanie is a Community Service co-chair of the Junior Aid Society, Board Member of the Community of Friends and the Secretary/Treasurer of the Business Network International (Red Rock Chapter). She was a member of the Merry Mixers (Friends of North Shore Children's Hospital) from 2000-2006.
Stephanie is a full time realtor and works in the William Raveis Real Estate office in Marblehead. She previously worked for the Carlson/GMAC Real Estate office in Marblehead from 1997-2007. She not only lists and sells real estate in Marblehead but has also sold homes from Lynn to Newburyport. Stephanie is a multi-million dollar producer and has consistently increased sales over the years. She has been a member of the Medallion Summit Club, President's Club and Sapphire Medallion Club for Carlson/GMAC Real Estate.
Stephanie works with many clients and customers who are relocating to the area as well as those who are looking to change homes in the North Shore. Being someone who has relocated herself, Stephanie understands the process and tries to make it as easy as possible.
She is a Certified Buyer Representative and offers this service to customers who would like to become clients. Many sellers have chosen to work with Stephanie when listing their property. Stephanie offers honest and professional service to all clients and will do her best to get the property under agreement in a timely manner and bring it to a successful closing.
Prior to working at Carlson/GMAC, Stephanie was a real estate associate with the Henry W. Cooke Company in Providence, Rhode Island. She also worked as a Real Estate Paralegal/Title Examiner.
Stephanie is currently a member of the National Association of Realtors, Massachusetts Association of Realtors, North Shore Association of Realtors and MLS Property Information Network.
Stephanie lives in Marblehead with her husband Matt.
